New Zealand in brief:

New Zealand is an island country in the south-western Pacific Ocean. People from India, China, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, etc have also settled in New Zealand making for a diverse population mix. New Zealand was the first sovereign state to give votes to women in 1893.
New Zealand has some of the worlds largest man made forests of Radiata Pine. The manufacturing sector is also growing with hi-technology as a corner stone. With so much to see and do in New Zealand, tourism is also a major source of income. All major towns have airports with frequent internal flights. An excellent bus service also travels between the provincial towns and cities. Greater Auckland contains almost one quarter of the country's population. Sea fishing from both coast and boat are popular. It’s no wonder that many call it "a pocket wonder world".
